Who is this for?
The program is open to leaders in both corporate and non-profit spaces who have a track record of success in their career. This is not a program covering the basics of leadership or for someone in their first leadership position, the curriculum will cover advanced topics ready to accelerate you to the next level!

Assess
Using Hogan, participants will learn where they shine and what holds them back.
Reflect
With ICF certified leadership coaches, each participant will dig deep to gain true self awareness.
Commit
Through goal setting and a specialized accountability program, participants will see true progress.

Masterclasses focusing on Identity, Strategic Thinking and Political Intelligence will equip participants with tools for success.
Lead
Moving beyond theory, participants will identify a critical experience to tackle and put their leadershp into action.

The Accelerator is a six-month program designed to empower queer leaders. Participants receive coaching, resources, and networking opportunities to help them thrive. Our goal is to elevate your skills and advance your career.
Any LGBTQ+ mid-level manager looking to advance to senior leadership is encouraged to apply. This can be from corporate or non-profit organizations.
The research-backed design principles of this program will help you understand yourself, your organization, and how to navigate within in it. Working with a coach, you will also identify a key area to focus on creating lasting behavior change which in turn will help create the positive perception of others you need to advance in your career.
