As a former Project Manager and Director throughout Calvin's healthcare career, he learned first-hand the challenges faced climbing the corporate ladder.  After looking at what he really wanted out of life and in a career, he made the shift to coaching and today specializes in helping people understand the power of connection and relationships.  Beyond the corporate world, as a trans man, he is also passionate about empowering others to challenge their programming and dare to live authentically.
