Dean is an executive coach and leadership development specialist who places an emphasis on personal growth born of self-reflection and practical application.

Born in Cape Town he has coached leaders of all levels of seniority for 20 years in London and NYC. His career experiences include teaching, authoring literacy & language textbooks and management consultancy. 

As a trans man and former manager of teams, Dean knows the unique challenges of thriving in a corporate role while also being out at work. He seeks to let his life be an example of what it can mean to achieve results while also remaining true to his authentic queer self.
