After 15 years working in corporate spaces developing leaders, Zach couldn't help but notice the "rainbow ceiling."  Taking his knowledge and experience of helping people all over the world achieve their career goals, he set out to help the queer community unlock the secrets for career success.  In addition to Prysm, Zach is also an executive coach, consultant, and keynote speaker focusing on adaptability and communication.  He is passionate about helping people overcome their personal roadblocks for future success because, as many have heard him say it before, "No great thing in this world has ever been accomplished without leadership."
